Research Manager - Amsterdam.

This multi-award winning agency, with offices around the globe, is looking to secure a Research Manager for their office in The Netherlands based in Amsterdam. They offer hybrid, flexible working with two days a week in the office and the rest based from home.

The Role
As Research Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of research projects. The projects will be a mix of quantitative and qualitative, so an interest in both areas will be essential. You will be part of the growing team, working across numerous sectors including technology, FMCG, education, public policy, travel and many more.

Key Duties Include:-
- Responding to briefs and writing proposals
- Attending pitch and project kick off meetings both in person and online
- Project design to ensure that the client's needs are met
- Carrying out qualitative fieldwork including moderating, depth interviews, ethnography and workshops
- Overseeing the quantitative fieldwork to ensure that it runs to time, quota and budget
- Liaising with agencies in other European countries to commission fieldwork in those countries
- Working closely with the London team, sharing best practice and information
- Analysis of data, pulling out insights, report writing and presenting to clients

The Candidate:-
- The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Dutch and will be able to speak both at a business level
- Other European languages will also be an advantage
- You will have the right to work in the EU
- You will have a strong research background in either quantitative or both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once to time and budget
- Experience in writing proposals, designing project methodologies, managing projects from start to finish will all be essential to succeed in this role
- You will have a flair for producing insightful and impactful research reports and presentations for clients
