They are now looking for a Research Manager to join their growing team. This role will suit someone who is passionate about Financial Services, with a keen interest in Asset Management.
The Role
As Research Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and working on a number of quantitative and qualitative research projects, from proposal writing and pitching, through to reporting and presenting to clients. Part of your role will be to mentor and manage more junior team members, helping them to develop their careers and grow in their roles.
Key Duties Include:-
- Writing business winning proposals
- Designing the project to ensure that the brief is fully met
- Overseeing and working closely with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to time and budget
- Conducting qualitative fieldwork as required including; focus groups, depth interviews, workshops, ethnography etc
- Writing insightful reports and presentations
- Presenting to clients
- Building and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
The Candidate
- The successful candidate will be well-versed in both quant and qual methodologies (or will have one or the other and looking to develop into being method-neutral)
- You will be experienced in proposal writing, project design, and delivering insight and impactful results to clients
- Strong attention to detail will be essential in this role
- You will have a background working in Financial Services market, ideally with experience and a keen interest in Asset Management
