Sales Manager

The UK's leading producer of unmissable consumer events; creating premium, passion-led events and experiences that connect and inspire audiences as they come together to share, learn and participate in their interests.

You will be responsible for revenue sales across the shows and your team and selling stand space and digital assets across the events to both existing and new clients - from retailers to well-known household brands.

  • Alongside the team, sell stand space and big brand activations to new and existing businesses; demonstrating excellent phone and face to face skills.
  • Identify new business opportunities and the most effective routes to reach potential new clients.
  • Deliver high quality written communication including complex proposals.
  • Communicate and manage all sales KPIs with an outstanding knowledge of the pipeline and the impact it will have to forecast sales.
  • Be responsible for the commercial management of the show floorplans for each show, ensuring the plan is offering the best commercial opportunities and will deliver and exceed the budgets.

Requirements

  • Passionate and highly skilled Sales Manager who is target driven. You will be results focused in everything you do.
  • Extremely organised with excellent time management and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Knowledge and experience in sales planning, pipeline management, KPI metrics, delivering results and detailed reporting are fundamental to this role.
  • Demonstrable success in sales roles.
  • Experience in consumer events or exhibitions would be advantageous.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clear communicator and strong interpersonal skills, with excellent listening skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and objection handing skills.
