Aspire has teamed up with a renowned events organisation in Dubai, UAE, and we are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Manager to become a key part of their High Performing team.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships, ensuring the success of the organisation's key events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and financial goals.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  3. Create and implement innovative sales initiatives, including sponsorship and non-space revenue generation.
  4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing and operations, to ensure the highest standards for all exhibitions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Management, or related fields (preferred).
  4. Experience in the events and industry, with a focus on managing sales for exhibitions or conferences.
