About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Exhibition Booth Designer for a leading creative agency in the region, based in Bahrain. This is a full-time, high-priority opportunity for someone with international design exposure, strong 3D capabilities, and the creativity to bring brand stories to life through immersive booth experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually compelling exhibition booths and branded environments tailored to client objectives in Bahrain and beyond

• Collaborate with creative, account management, and production teams from concept to final delivery

• Translate brand guidelines into immersive 3D environments using advanced design tools

• Produce detailed 3D renders, technical drawings, and material specifications for both client presentation and production teams

• Participate in client meetings, conduct site visits, and oversee booth installations at international venues

• Stay informed on trends in design, sustainable materials, and fabrication techniques

• Mentor junior designers and freelance collaborators when required

• Effectively manage busy project timelines and ensure on-time execution of deliverables across Bahrain and international markets
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in exhibition stand design, ideally with top-tier or global agencies

• Expert in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max and AutoCAD, and rendering tools like V-Ray

• Strong portfolio demonstrating booth designs for major international exhibitions

• Solid understanding of technical drawing standards, rendering workflows, and booth fabrication methods

• Comfortable working across different time zones and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines

• Currently Based or open to immediate relocation to Bahrain
  
  

Preferred Qualities

• Previous international work experience or fluency in more than one language

• Awards or recognition for excellence in exhibition or experiential design

• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and certifications like LEED or WELL
