We're looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join a client growing quickly in the UK and US. They help businesses reach the right customers using data, insights, and multi-channel marketing - smarter campaigns, better understanding, measurable results. ๐๐ก
What you'll do:
โจ Create onboarding & training programs to increase the effectiveness of new sales colleagues
โจ Curate, improve & organise sales materials and proposals
โจ Simplify complex messaging so it's clear and compelling for customers
โจ Support sales leadership on high-value opportunities with clear presentations
โจ Work with Marketing, Product & regional teams to keep content up-to-date
โจ Ensure international teams (EMEA, US, APAC) have the tools and templates they need
You'll need:
โ
4+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, Account Management, or similar (B2B media/SaaS preferred)
โ
Experience creating enablement content & training programs
โ
Excellent communication - written & verbal
โ
Strong organisational skills - managing multiple projects at once
โ
Comfortable using data to track performance & improve processes
โ
Cooperative, proactive, and able to influence cross-functional teams
