Aspire has partnered with an established events company with over 25 years of experience in delivering high-quality business forums and conferences across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. While rooted in conferences, they are expanding into the exhibition space and are seeking an enthusiastic Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team.
As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by securing sponsorships for the events.
- Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities for our events, focusing on selling sponsorship packages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential sponsors, understanding their needs and offering tailored sponsorship solutions.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of sponsoring our events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sponsorship proposals and promotional materials.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of our events.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experienced in driving sales and achieving targets.
- Experience in the events industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of the Middle East market is preferred.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
