💰 £70k base | £105k OTE | Uncapped commission
📅 Start: End Feb / Early March
We're looking for a senior consultative salesperson to lead commercial partnerships for a flagship European solar & wind investment summit.
This is not transactional selling. This is a strategic commercial role focused on structuring high-value partnerships with investors, developers, lenders, legal and financial firms shaping the energy transition.
You'll operate as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers and own the full partnership lifecycle.
✨ What you'll be doing
🔹 Selling bespoke sponsorship & speaking partnerships
🔹 Structuring ROI-led commercial deals
🔹 Engaging senior finance & energy stakeholders
🔹 Managing high-value relationships end-to-end
🔹 Driving renewals and repeat partnerships
🔹 Shaping the commercial strategy of a launch event
🎯 We're looking for someone who
✔ Has strong consultative B2B sales experience
✔ Is confident selling to senior finance / insurance / legal / energy leaders
✔ Can close complex, high-value deals
✔ Understands ROI-driven partnerships
✔ Is organised and commercially sharp
✔ Wants ownership of a £1.5m revenue target
📄 12-month FTC with a clear path to permanent
💼 Commission paid one month post-event
📈 Tiered, uncapped structure (up to 50% of salary)
