Technical Manager.

We are seeking a skilled Technical Manager to join the team on a fixed-term contract for an upcoming art event. This role is crucial in ensuring the execution of the event by managing various technical aspects, including video, lighting, audio, and rigging.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the project management team to comprehend and strategize the technical specifications for individual projects.
• Supervise and administer technical equipment and resources for events and marketing initiatives.
• Guarantee that the configuration and functioning of video, lighting, audio, and rigging equipment adhere to the highest standards and fulfil expectations.
• Offer technical advice and assistance to on-site teams throughout the execution of events.
• Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades on technical equipment to maintain peak performance
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance our technical capabilities.
• Collaborate in the development of budgets and the allocation of resources for technical requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient understanding of video, lighting, audio, and rigging for events.
• Experienced in CAD software and other office tools.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in organising art events or similar functions is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours in line with event schedules is vital.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
