Account Manager.

Aspire Middle East is partnering with a leading market research agency in Dubai to hire an Account Manager who will play a key role in delivering high-quality, custom research projects for clients across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a research professional with a strong foundation in project and client management to contribute to meaningful, insight-driven work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, supporting junior team members, and building trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of custom research projects with a strong focus on quality and delivery timelines
• Liaise with clients to provide updates, share documentation, and contribute to discussions around deliverables and methodology
• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of research findings, including data interpretation and basic storytelling
• Oversee survey development, link checking, fieldwork monitoring, and data analysis planning
• Support report development, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and insights
• Assist with pricing support and proposal material as needed
• Supervise junior team members by delegating tasks, providing training, and ensuring quality control
• Collaborate with senior team members on methodological recommendations and project delivery
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing and broader conversations to connect ongoing projects with future opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in market research or a related field, with hands-on project and client management exposure
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple deadlines across different workstreams
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team
• Prior experience mentoring junior team members is an advantage
