About the Role:

We are hiring a highly creative Art Director with experience in brand activation's, temporary structures and event stands to lead the design process for immersive experiential projects. You'll work closely with strategy, production, and client servicing teams to bring bold, on-brand concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead concept development for event stands, brand activation's, and immersive environments based on client briefs.

* Translate ideas into spatial designs and creative layouts that reflect brand identity and audience engagement.

* Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring feasibility and quality during production and execution.

* Present design concepts and visual direction to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in a similar Art Director or Senior Creative role within the events agency, brand experience, or experiential marketing industry.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing event stand designs, brand activation's, pop-up stores, and 3D experiential environments.
  
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photo shop, Illustrator, In Design); familiarity with 3D design tools such as Sketch Up or Cinema 4D is a plus.
  
• Reliable, quality-focused, and able to manage multiple design projects efficiently while working well within a supportive team environment.
