Location: Wimbledon, London (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Salary: £45,000-£47,000

About the role

As our Conference/Event Producer, you'll take paid corporate events from brief to delivery-managing projects, budgets, suppliers, and client relationships. You'll collaborate with creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

What you'll do

🎯 Plan, coordinate, and deliver conferences and exhibitions from start to finish
🎯 Manage project meetings and teams, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
🎯 Source, negotiate, and manage venues, suppliers, and budgets
🎯 Oversee onsite delivery, solve problems, and communicate with clients
🎯 Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability
🎯 Build and maintain strong client relationships

What we're looking for

💼 Events agency experience (essential)
💰 Experience managing budgets £250K+ (essential)
🎟 Proven experience delivering paid corporate events
✍ Excellent communication and organisational skills
🛠 Strong project and decision-making skills
🎨 Creative eye and willingness to learn basic design software
✈️ Ability to travel for site inspections and event delivery
🤝 Relationship builder who collaborates across teams
