A global SaaS company with operations across APAC, Europe, and the US are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Bangkok office.
The organisation develops a suite of SaaS products that uses AI to power business decision-making. Founded in 2012 with a vision of democratizing AI, the company now has over 15 offices spread out across the globe.
They are expanding their market in Thailand and so are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join.
Responsibilities:
- Be a consultant to help clients expand their usage and adoption of the companies products
- Be a trusted partner to manage relationship for all assigned clients
- Be a professional advisor to enable clients achieving customer's business objectives
- Be a first line support to answer clients' questions, identify needs for customized project and further implementation where applicable
- Collaborate with sales, product and tech team to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients throughout the contract lifecycle, escalating important issues to ensure the renewal
- Clarify the major requests from client and draft the project timeline to meet the expectation from client
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in client-facing project management and service delivery
- Ability to identify requirements before the customer does and respond quickly.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information to both technical and non-technical audience.
- Native or excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle hands-on operations.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge in web/app event tracking
- Solid knowledge in data analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, data warehouse, SQL … etc.)
