Design Manager.

Aspire is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join an events company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Design Manager will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the design process within the Creative team, supporting the Creative Director.

This role requires a combination of design expertise and strong management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects that meet client expectations and adhere to budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the creative process of projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and other team members to understand requirements and establish design goals.
• Supervise the design team, providing feedback and monitoring the quality of design output.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively.
• Resolve design problems or issues that arise during the project.
• Continually review and implement improvements to the design process.
• Develop designs with the direction of the Creative Director and distribute tasks appropriately within the team.
• Follow up to ensure adherence to the schedule of deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the events and entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of design principles and techniques.
• Proven ability to manage design teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and a positive personality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
