Digital Marketing Executive

JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Executive
SALARY: £35,000
LOCATION: London (Hybrid)

Based in a high-energy office in South West London, the close-knit team combines decades of industry expertise with a passion for responsible tourism. Fast-growing and sales-led, this is a company where you can take real ownership of your work from day one.
KEY DUTIES
- Manage and optimise in-house PPC campaigns (Google Ads), with monthly budgets of several thousand pounds, focusing on performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and improve a large website, liaising with an external web agency and supporting CRO and site improvements.
- Use GA4 to analyse website and campaign performance, track leads, and provide regular reporting and insights.
- Produce high-quality written content including storytelling and newsletters.
- Coordinate with external SEO and web agencies, implementing recommendations as required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing or performance-led role.
- Hands-on experience with PPC/paid search (Google Ads) is required.
- Numerate and confident interpreting performance data to inform decisions.
- Familiar with GA4 and CMS platforms.
- Strong written English with the ability to produce clear, engaging content.
