Known for pushing boundaries in event design, brand activations, and experiential marketing, this agency has a strong presence across the GCC, Europe, the US, and the UK. They craft unforgettable experiences for top brands across diverse industries.

We are seeking an experienced Event Producer with a background in event management and creative production to lead the development and execution of high-profile events. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of RFP processes, client engagement, and end-to-end event production, ensuring seamless project delivery from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full life-cycle of events, from concept development, budgeting, and vendor coordination to on-site execution.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to develop innovative event concepts aligned with client objectives.
• Lead the preparation of compelling proposals, budgets, and presentations for competitive RFP submissions.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
• Coordinate event logistics, venue sourcing, production schedules, and technical requirements to ensure flawless execution.
• Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with vendors to improve costs.
• Identify potential event risks and implement contingency plans to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead on-ground event execution, coordinating teams and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Event Manager, Producer, or Creative Producer in the events industry.
• Strong expertise in RFP preparation, proposal writing, and pitching to clients.
• Experience managing corporate events, brand activations, and exhibitions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong vendor and supplier management skills, including contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in event budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
