Are you looking for a Managing Partner role and want to join one of the agencies in the 'big six'. I have a role available in London right now for an agency who wants someone join the team and work with one of their key clients.

This agency is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their team as a Managing Partner. As the new Managing Partner you will be working across digital and traditional media channels. The new Managing Partner will have a leadership role across the business and be involved in making agency decision.

The agency you will be joining is a member of the world's largest media network working across 100 countries. The client you will be working on is one of the best retail fashion companies in the world and are known for jeans.

The Role

• You'll join the Client Service team as Managing Partner, and you will be responsible for the overall growth and development of your team across your client's portfolio.
• You will play a significant role in the client service and agency community, driving the deployment of our philosophy, operational approach and bespoke tools and systems and be responsible for the profitable delivery of services for our clients and the agency.
• You will be responsible for delivering the revenue target for your team and managing the overall P&L - ensuring that the team runs profitably.

The Candidate

• You will be a natural problem solver, able to think on your feet to recommend a better or new way to solve a client problem.
• Management skills to identify and motivate team resource across the agency to deliver class leading work.
• You must be able to explain complex concepts to clients and colleagues in a way that is easy to understand.
• Ability to run a P&L for your teams business (including associated specialisms).
