Media Director.

My client is an awesome Anglo- Spanish Radio Station in Qatar. They were established in 2018 in Doha and are now being transformed into a multi-media digital platform. The management has an amazing plan for the upcoming year and looking for a passionate Media Director to join their team.

As a Media Director, you'll be reporting to the Founder and CEO and will be responsible for the following:

• Create and develop a strategy for an interactive multi-media platform (audio-video content, radio, digital media)

• Create and refine the target audience, market research, and develop the platform accordingly.
• Responsible for creating program network
• Ensure quality reporting for channel/signals health data
• Plotting strategy on Radio online and offline operations
• Supervise daily operational duties, ad hoc projects, monitoring, etc. as needed
• Handle and maintain multi-media platform sales (secure advertisements, collaborations, and content creation for production).
• To carry out any other tasks assigned to him/her by the CEO.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• Multi-media and Music Production experience
• Fluency in English is a must, Spanish and/or other languages are a plus
• Experience a minimum 8 to 10 years in the related field
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in the related field
