Operations Project Manager.

My client is a well known leading publishing house, that provides industry and global information in various formats.

The ideal candidate is process-driven and a proven coordinator with excellent communication skills to confidently liaise with both external clients and internal stakeholders.

They will play a pivotal role in providing high level customer service during the roll out of a crucial new subscription access method across our client industries.

Responsibilities will include:

• shared inbox management
• client and stakeholder liaising
• client set up from start to finish, tech troubleshooting,
• field queries among support teams to achieve successful set ups and customer satisfaction
• Liaising with key stakeholders to update on project timeliness

This is a fixed term contract role that requires someone to start on an immediate basis. There is a possibility for this role to move into a permanent contract.
