As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Influencer Outreach: Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, bloggers, content creators, and industry professionals. Collaborate with them to amplify the reach and impact of our media platform through endorsements, partnerships, and content collaborations.
• Advertising Opportunities: Identify and pursue new advertising opportunities for our multi-media platform. Proactively search for potential clients, brands, and businesses that align with our target audience. Present advertising packages, negotiate terms, and secure advertisement deals to drive revenue growth.
• Multi-media Platform Sales: Take charge of the sales process for our multi-media platform, including securing advertisements, collaborations, and content creation for production. Build and maintain relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and partners to ensure ongoing sales success.
• Event Attendance: Attend industry-related events, trade shows, conferences, and networking functions to promote our media platform, establish connections, and generate sales leads. Act as a brand ambassador, representing our platform in a professional and engaging manner.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key authorities, media outlets, and industry stakeholders. Foster partnerships and collaborations to enhance the visibility and credibility of our media platform. Maintain these relationships to secure media coverage and promotional opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Additional qualifications in public relations or sales are a plus.
• Proven experience in PR, media sales, or a related field within the media industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with influencers, clients, and industry professionals.
• Excellent sales and business development skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of advertising strategies, market trends, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with multi-media platforms, digital marketing, and social media channels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Willingness to attend events, travel as required, and work flexible hours.
