They are seeking a Social Media Specialist to play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding the brand's online communities, driving engagement, and ensuring exceptional customer care across various social media platforms.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing the online communities. You will be responsible for driving engagement, ensuring top-notch customer care, and executing organic social media activities. Your analytical mindset and action-driven approach will be crucial in turning data into insights to refine content strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Be the driving force behind the brand's online presence in social media.
• Build and nurture relationships with the followers, fostering a sense of community.
• Create and curate content that aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
• Ensure content resonates with the community, driving brand awareness and consideration.
• Run the social media strategy by managing online communities on different platforms.
• Foster a sense of belonging and engagement within the online fan base.
• Identify and escalate community trends, insights, and feedback to refine content strategies.
• Turn data into insights to drive engagement and brand presence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media and community management, preferably in the luxury and beauty industry.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (HotSuite, Spinklr, HubSpot, or BrandWatch) and Salesforce is a plus.
• A good understanding of social media KPIs & trends, with experience leading Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube channels (TikTok experience is a plus).
• Can-do mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
