We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a world renowned global digital agency on a 4 week contract, with the possibility to extend.

Requirements

  • Expert/advanced experience of Google Analytics 360/GA4, Google Data Studio, Tableau & Looker
  • Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe DTM or Launch, and a CRM tool
  • Excellent HTML & JavaScript knowledge and practical experience
  • Significant use of web analytics platforms
  • Significant experience with Dashboard creation and data capture and reporting of complex data
  • Excellent MS Excel, numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Big Query/SQL, and Python/R is a plus!

The role

Working closely with client and project teams which will include members of the Account Management team and typically members of the Paid Media and/or Earned Media team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising your analytics expertise to review, evaluate and optimise technical implementation of tracking code and account configuration
  • Ensure quality and standardisation of data capture across web properties and measure how results align with Marketplace KPIs, offering suggestions and identifying opportunities for growth and how to drive additional revenue
  • Work towards product roadmaps, translating requirements in the set-up of tagging and ensuring that Google Tag Manager and data layers are integrated across the digital footprint
  • Setup and maintain user interface configurations, refreshing and updating as regularly as necessary
  • Investigate data quality issues and work with colleagues across teams (alongside any external agency) to troubleshoot and problem-solve tracking issues that arise
  • Perform regular analytics health checks and develop processes to interrogate data to ensure it adequately reflects back-end systems and native tools, particularly when it comes to new implementations and the roll-out of enhancements
  • Playing an instrumental role in evolving and designing new, innovative measurement tools or dashboards

Start date: 30th May

Duration: Min. one month with view to extend.

Notice period: 2 weeks

IR35 classification: Inside

Location: Remote (although successful candidate welcome to work from either London or Brighton office)

Hours: 9-6pm Mon - Fri
