Digital Marketing Executive.

Our client is a boutique, mission-driven travel specialist that doesn't just sell holidays, they architect once-in-a-lifetime adventures.
With a team boasting over 100 years of collective travel experience, they are entering a phase of rapid growth. They are looking for a digitally-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join their London office and play a pivotal role in scaling their online presence and telling their unique brand story.
This is a high-impact, hands-on position designed for a marketer with 1-3 years of experience. Working within a close-knit team, you will have real ownership of the digital funnel, spanning performance marketing, CRM infrastructure, and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing (PPC): Full-funnel management of Google Ads (Search & Performance Max). You will be responsible for ad copy creation, bid strategies, and continuous optimization to drive high-quality conversions.
Website Ecosystem & SEO: Acting as the custodian of the digital storefront, you will manage site updates, hotel/trip launches, and work alongside their development agency on CRO and technical SEO best practices.
Social & Content Strategy: Defining the brand voice across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will tailor content to specific high-net-worth audiences and report on engagement metrics.
CRM & Automation: Supporting the data flow between Pipedrive, Zapier, and Mailchimp to ensure a seamless lead management process and sophisticated email reporting.
Insights & Analytics: Leveraging GA4 to translate complex website data into actionable commercial insights that inform the wider marketing strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience: 2+ years in a dedicated digital marketing role.
PPC Expertise: Proven track record in managing Google Ads and writing high-converting copy.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating GA4 and website CMS platforms (Experience with Craft CMS, Pipedrive, or Zapier is highly advantageous).
Communication: Exceptional written English with the ability to write evocative, high-end travel content.
