Are you a sales professional with experience in the event and exhibitions sectors? Here's an exceptional opportunity to join a global organizer renowned for producing leading world-class events. As Events Sales Executive based, you'll play a vital role in generating revenue and building a strong network through extensive outreach to prospective clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Consult with clients, both new and existing, to identify their needs and effectively sell show packages.
  • Take ownership of allocated clients, revenue targets, and drive new business development.
  • Identify and qualify new leads, ensuring accurate data input into the CRM system.
  • Cultivate a deep interest in sales and the industry, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to sell event, advertising, and sponsorship solutions to clients.
  • Solicit new clients, promoting their exhibition participation within a defined and protected territory.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and communication of sales activities and forecasts.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track, build, and monitor your sales plan effectively.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

  • Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Proven experience in exhibition and sponsorship sales with a strong sales skill set.
  • Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of successful B2B conference and exhibition sponsorship sales, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Job-Specific Skills: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driven by a strong work ethic, persistence, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Behavioural Competencies: Customer-focused, hardworking, studious, respectful, proactive, efficient, and effective.
