The Opportunity
Hiring for a Paid & Organic Social Executive to join a premium and globally recognised education brand with a network of 100+ world-class schools across more than 20 countries.
In this role you will take ownership of organic social content, paid social campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives across schools within the UK. You'll working closely with central and regional teams to deliver best-in-class social strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, enrolment, and retention.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, activate, optimise, and report on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid social campaigns
- Deliver impactful organic social strategies tailored to individual schools
- Partner with school leadership to align social activity with commercial and brand priorities
- Support key marketing initiatives led by the UK Marketing Director
- Track digital trends and identify opportunities across emerging social platforms
- Analyse performance, report on KPIs, and maximise ROI across campaigns
- Share best practice, insights, and innovation across marketing teams
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing or social media (ideally in a multinational environment)
- Proven experience managing organic and paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta
- Strong content creation and campaign management skills
- Confidence analysing performance data and turning insights into action
- Experience using social media scheduling and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
