Big change as women secure 33% of Board positions - now for ethnic diversity
The number of women on boards has risen 50% from 682 to 1,026 in five years. The figures were released by the government-backed Hampton-Alexander Review, which was launched in 2016 to encourage UK-listed companies to appoint more senior women. - BBC News
Very encouraging news that the number of women on boards has increased 50% in five years, largely due to the work of the 30% Club who set a goal of gaining 30% representation of all women on boards and c-suites globally underpinned by three strategic pillars:
