Our client is seeking a skilled Event Logistics Specialist to join their team. As a crucial part of event planning, the Travel & Logistics Officer will be responsible for overseeing various travel arrangements, ticketing, and logistics to ensure smooth operations throughout the events.

Responsibilities:

  • VIP Coordination: Manage all arrangements for celebrities, influencers, and VIP guests, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the event.
  • Ticketing Coordination: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure cost-effective and convenient travel arrangements for the team, attendees, speakers, and staff, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
  • On-Site Management: Lead the on-site logistics team, coordinate event set-up, execution, and tear-down to maintain a seamless event flow.
  • Budget Oversight: Assist in managing the logistics budget, ensuring all expenses are recorded and kept within allocated limits.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event logistics management, particularly with high-end events and VIP coordination.
  • Thorough understanding of event logistics and operations, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with celebrities, influencers, VIPs, and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional negotiation and vendor management abilities to secure optimal services within budget constraints.
