We are seeking a Junior Energy Sponsorship Sales Associate with around 2 years of sales or business development experience. You will be supporting high-profile U.S. energy events, helping to build client relationships, coordinate sales activity, and contribute to revenue growth. This is a role designed to help you gain experience, develop skills, and grow into more senior sponsorship roles. 🤝
What You'll Do:
✨ Support the sale of sponsorship packages for U.S.-based energy events
✨ Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication
✨ Conduct research on potential clients and industry sectors to identify opportunities
✨ Join telephone calls, meetings, and presentations to develop consultative sales skills
✨ Track and report on sales pipelines to ensure progress toward targets
✨ Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align promotional strategies
✨ Attend in-person meetings and networking events to gain real-world experience
Who You Are:
💡 Around 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles
💡 Interest in the U.S. energy sector, finance, or investment markets
💡 Clear and confident communicator in telephone and in-person interactions
💡 Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
💡 Comfortable engaging with senior professionals and learning new sales techniques
💡 Willing to travel locally and occasionally nationally
💡 Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
